At It's a 10 Haircare, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of new or gently used products within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return Process

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Pack Your Products

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all caps are tightened to prevent leakage during transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
